Eggless Peanut Butter Honey Cookies recipe

Makes around 12 cookies

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter – ½ cup

Honey – 1/3 cup

Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup

Baking Powder – ½ tsp

Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  2. Now add 1/3 cup honey.
  3. Mix butter and honey with the help of spoon or fork. (You can use beater also)
  4. Combine 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder.  Stir into the peanut butter honey mixture.
  5. Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.
  6. Mix all the ingredients and make a cookie dough.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180 deg C for 10 min.
  8. Place the butter paper on baking tray.
  9. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough and roll it into balls. (you can grease your hands, if required)
  10. Place the balls about 2 inches apart  on baking tray.
  11. Press slightly and decorate with chocochips.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes, or until brown.
  13. Let it cool and store cookies in air-tight container for upto 1 week.
