  1. Add gram flour and curd together (both in almost same amount) and mix all the dry spices like salt, redchilly powder, garam masala. Batter is ready and keep aside.
  2. You can add chopped onions, green chilly, coriander leaves also.
  3. Now dip roti pieces (as we used potato wedges in aloo k pakode) in batter and deep fry it.
  4. Enjoy Roti ke pakode.
