- Add gram flour and curd together (both in almost same amount) and mix all the dry spices like salt, redchilly powder, garam masala. Batter is ready and keep aside.
- You can add chopped onions, green chilly, coriander leaves also.
- Now dip roti pieces (as we used potato wedges in aloo k pakode) in batter and deep fry it.
- Enjoy Roti ke pakode.
