- To soften the jam stored in refrigerator, place it in steam.
- Paneer will remain fresh for much longer period, if it is wrapped in blotting paper while keeping it in refrigerator.
- Saute onions, grind it to make a paste and then use it for gravy vegetable. It will enhance the taste and this paste can be preserved also for about a week – if kept in refrigerator.
- If curd/dahi is sour, add milk into it, especially for lassi.
