  1. Keep vegetables in chilled water for sometime before making a salad. It will enhance the taste.
  2. To make French fries, peel and cut potatoes and put it in refrigerator for sometime. French fries will become tasty and crispy.
  3. While making dhokla batter, mix 1 tablespoon of Malai in batter. Dhokla will become soft.
  4. While making soup, fry the vegetables and then boil it. It will add the flavor and color of the soup.
