Til-Ladoos are very common during the festival of Lohri and Sakat in India. It is basically a traditional Maharashtrian sweet made with til (sesame seeds).

|Sesame Seeds (Til)||1 cup (200 ml)|
|Jaggery (Gud)||3/4 cup|
- Roast the sesame seeds in Kadai till it gets light brown in colour. Keep aside and allow them to get cool. (it will take only 1½ – 2 minute to roast it.)
- Heat the ghee in kadai and add jaggery.
- When it melts, turn off the gas immediately and add sesame seeds and dryfruits.
- Grease your palms with a little ghee, divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and make ladoos of it.
