1- Do not soak poha in water. Just you need to rinse the poha and keep aside in a strainer.
2- You can add roasted peanuts and cooked peas.
3- As my all recipes are zero spicy I have not added chili in this. You can add chopped green chilies while adding curry leaves.
4- Do not skip the sugar, as it will not give you sweet flavor but it will enhance the flavor of curry leaves.
