- Take Kadai and heat 1 table spoon oil in it.
- Add mustard seeds, carom (ajwain), cumin seeds (jeera), asafoetida (hing) into it.
- Now add chopped onions and fry it till goldenbrown.
- Now add chopped tomato and fry it and meanwhile u can add green chilly, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder, red chilly powder.
- Now add water (1 cup for around 2 rotis) and salt.
- Add chapatis/rotis and boil it first on high flame then lower the flame for about 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves andenjoy your instant bachee hui roti ki sabzi.
