Rava Sooji Uttapam Recipe
How to make rava sooji uttapam for healthy kids breakfast.

- 3 cups Sooji / Rava
- 2.5 cups Butter milk
- 2 units Chopped tomatoes
- 2 units Chopped Onions
- 1 unit Chopped Capsicum
- 1 unit Green chilli
- 1 tsp Rai / Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 5 Chopped curry leaves
Take 3 cups of rava/sooji in a deep bowl and add 2.5 cups of butter milk in it.
Mix it well and make sure there are no lumps. Add more butter milk if required and make a thick batter.
In a blender add Onion, Tomatoes and capsicum and blend it for few secs to make fine chopped vegetable mixture.
Add this mixture in the rava batter.
Now in pan add oil and once its hot then add rai /mustard seeds, chopped green chilli and curry leaves and fry this for few secs.
add this mixture in the rava batter and mix it well.
Now in a hot pan add some batter and spread around to make the pancakes.
cook it for 3-4 mins on both sides.
